The Role
As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead a high performing team of field sales professionals, drive regional revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with key clinics, dermatologists, surgeons and aesthetic practitioners. You will be responsible for both strategic oversight and hands-on support to ensure the region delivers against ambitious commercial targets.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, coach and develop a regional sales team to hit and exceed targets.
- Build and execute territory-level commercial strategies to accelerate adoption and expand market share.
- Partner closely with marketing, clinical education and service teams to support successful product usage and customer satisfaction.
- Drive high-impact customer engagement through training events, workshops, conferences and key account planning.
You will possess:
- Proven track record within medical aesthetics, ideally within capital equipment.
- Experience in managing field sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of clinic workflows, sales cycles and physician-led decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Based within the South Central region and comfortable with extensive travel.
