RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:
Support marketing campaign planning and execution across multiple channels
Assist with business development initiatives and lead generation
Create engaging content for internal and external audiences (digital, print, social)
Represent EST at military, government, and industrial locations
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism
Comply with federal contractor background screening requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong team orientation and commitment to organizational goals
Effective proposal management skills: planning, organization, problem-solving, and resource coordination
Fluent in English with excellent communication and listening skills
Self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, and responsive to deadlines
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Ability to obtain and maintain:
U.S. Passport
Military base access credentials
Valid driver’s license
Foundational knowledge of marketing and sales principles
Ability to represent EST professionally and pursue new project opportunities proactively
