This position is based in Waipahu, HI , with opportunities for travel across the U.S. and Guam.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities and support existing customers.
- Build long‑term relationships through on‑site visits, demonstrations, and briefings.
- Promote EST’s products and services by assessing customer applications and equipment needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals.
- Manage pipeline activity in CRM (Zoho) and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Travel locally, with occasional overnight trips in the U.S. and potential expansion to Guam.
- 3-10 years of successful direct sales experience (industrial or government sales preferred).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment, with basic troubleshooting ability.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho).
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and a proven team player.
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to pass a thorough background check (DOD compliance required).
- Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer.
- Travel by commercial aircraft.
- Routinely lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Work outdoors under varying environmental conditions, with some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.
- Safely maneuver around vehicles, machinery, and moving objects.
- Use ladders rated up to 300 lbs.
