RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:

• Install, upgrade, and commission industrial and commercial systems, including generators, HVAC units, fire alarm components, electrical systems, plumbing lines, and related infrastructure.
• Perform system replacements and retrofits, removing outdated equipment and installing new, code‑compliant solutions.
• Execute multi‑trade project work such as light carpentry, mounting, anchoring, conduit runs, piping, wiring, and equipment integration.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and project scopes to complete installations accurately and safely.
• Conduct functional testing, startup, and verification to ensure systems operate to specification.
• Provide clear documentation of work performed, materials used, and any field changes or recommendations.
• Support occasional troubleshooting and repair needs during project execution.
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean, safe, and reliable condition.
• Minimal overnight travel.
• Excellent driving record and willingness to submit to a thorough background check that complies with the DOD and our other government partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to understand mechanical, electrical, and electronic/computer hardware functionality and use that knowledge to troubleshoot equipment.
• Must provide excellent service to our valued customers.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience; 5 years preferred.
• The job is considered medium‑to‑heavy in nature and involves walking, maneuvering around moving objects/machinery, standing, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, digging, pushing, or raising objects.
• Requires exerting 20–50 lbs on a recurring basis and 50–100 lbs on an occasional basis.
• Ability to work outside under various environmental conditions, with some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.
• Ability to climb ladders with a 300‑lb weight limit.
