- Support IT data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency for all tech-related administrative tasks.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates in IT roles such as software developers and network engineers.
- Manage and maintain IT-related spreadsheets and scheduling, including data entry, updating, and retrieval.
- Utilize IT tools and software, particularly focusing on Microsoft Excel and Word for tech documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule IT meetings, tech appointments, and candidate interviews
- Possess the ability to take precise notes, organize IT-related daily tasks, and execute efficiently
- Collaborate with IT departments to ensure seamless tech operations and effective communication.
- Act as a Jr. Project manager for IT clients or internal IT projects
- Deliver exceptional IT customer service to both tech clients and candidates.
Requirements
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in administrative fields is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and ability to dress in business casual
- Experience in computer, electronics, or structured cabling preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
