GENERAL FUNCTION
The Quality Assurance Technician I is esponsible for all functional duties related to the qualification of new frame product introduction through the creation of Master Lens gauges and identification of conformance to Luxottica standards.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts all necessary processes to test and analyze the performance of a new frame product introduction (NPI) in order to ensure conformance to the Luxottica standards.
- Produces a Master Lens Gauge.
- Ensures manufacturability within our centralized manufacturing structure.
- Segregates non-conforming product or material as defined by product tolerances.
- Conducts sample audits as needed of frames in the lab.
- Provides written documentation of findings to supervisor regarding quality issues.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Basic optical knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized
- Good problem solving skills
- Team player

ABO certificationPay Range: 18.84 - 28.11
