- Two (2) years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- EPA refrigerant license or desire to obtain proper certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a 50 state background check
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred
- Willingness to continue education in HVAC field
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in confined spaces
