Compensation:

• Salary: $28.00-$35.00/hr based on experience
• Sign On Bonus $2,500!! (invalid if you received a sign on bonus from any Venza Care facility in the past)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
• Implement treatment plans developed by our Physical Therapists and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant ( PTA ) certification in the state of Kentucky
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle physical aspects of patient care.
