Essex North Shore is seeking an MTSS Interventionist. The MTSS Interventionist is a specialized support position responsible for delivering, coordinating, and monitoring evidence-based interventions within Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) frameworks. This position provides direct intervention services to students, coaches school teams in intervention implementation, and supports data-based decision-making processes. The interventionist works collaboratively with teachers, counselors, school nurses, administrators, and support staff to ensure students receive timely, targeted academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions within inclusive learning environments.
CORI, SAFIS, and SORI required.
Bilingual preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, School Psychology, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
- DESE licensure.
- Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based academic and/or behavioral intervention practices.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting assessment data, including progress monitoring assessments.
- Strong understanding of MTSS frameworks, RTI processes, and tiered intervention models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse educators, families, and community members.
- Ability to manage multiple students and priorities while maintaining detailed records.

Salary : $61,816 - $115,986
