Job Title – Production Operator

Work Schedule – 5 day week, 8-4:30 (extended hours or weekend work may be required if projects require)

Salary: $22 - $24 an hour

Qualifications:
· Forklift certified, experience with sit down forklifts
· Highly organized and self-sufficient; yet have ability to take directions, learn, and adapt to new and changing circumstances
· Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
· Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, (in English), possess basic mathematical skills
· Computer literate
· Must be able to work in areas that have low to moderate noise levels and often present strong odors
· Able to stand, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb stairs to handle supplies, as well as sit using a computer or operating a forklift
· Ability to lift 50lbs
· Vision ability to include close reading on computer screen, as well as focus across warehouse
· Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
· Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e., steel-toed shoes)
· Willingness and ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to outside weather variations
· Ability to operate in a food safe environment
Duties:
· Pulling, staging, and pumping up and draining blends
· Start-up, shutdown, and cleaning centrifuges
· Filling drums to accurate requirements
· Unloading and loading trucks, moving and storage of inventory within three warehouses
· Staging, labelling, and banding orders for shipment
· SAP processing, sampling, and de-watering of incoming drums
· Understand and execute paperwork associated with production orders
· Keep all paperwork, production orders, shipping paperwork, and inventory up to date
· Memorize the codes and understand all the oil types in use
· Ensure that equipment is maintained and in excellent and safe working condition
· Assist, when required, with facility maintenance that is not externally contracted
· Confidentiality of work-related items is an absolute
· Ensure production is closed properly
· Other duties as assigned
