Position Summary:
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for callers. This role involves greeting patients and families, answering phone calls, coordinating with clinical staff, and performing general administrative tasks to support office operations. This person must be Bi-lingual.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing eFax
- Maintain a clean and organized office
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with nursing and administrative staff
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient and organizational information
Experience
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience with Axxes is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bi-lingual
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A compassionate and professional demeanor

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
