Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Clinician located in Middleton, MA. The Mental Health Clinician will be responsible for providing mental health assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. The role also involves crisis intervention, and providing support to individuals within the correctional system.
Qualifications
- Social Work,
- Psychology, Family Therapy skills
- Behavioral Health skills
- Experience in mental health assessments and treatment planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a correctional facility environment
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Licensure in appropriate mental health discipline preferred
- Experience with crisis intervention is a plus
