Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service through ticket sales, concessions, and guest assistance.
• Work collaboratively with Floor Managers and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce the movie ratings system courteously and uphold our "zero tolerance" ID-checking policy.
• Maintain a clean and organized concession area.
• Keep all areas of the theater—including auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and exterior spaces—clean and guest-ready.
• Restock supplies and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimum 15 hours per week).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Accurate cash-handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to meet dress code requirements.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Typical Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
