ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for key industries and product lines aligned with company goals
- Lead brand management and marketing communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
- Oversee marketing functions including digital marketing, content, campaigns, and events
- Drive market positioning, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategies
- Partner with sales leadership to support revenue growth and demand generation
- Drive lead generation and qualification activities, working closely with commercial and product management teams to improve conversion rates and new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy
- Manage and optimize marketing budget and resource allocation
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred
- 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles
- Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and building brands
- Experience aligning marketing efforts with sales and business growth objectives
