We are seeking a licensed and passionate Esthetician to join our team at Essentials Spa of Lakeland. This role involves providing a range of skin care treatments and services, helping clients look and feel their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing facials, waxing, and other skincare treatments
- Consulting with clients to assess their skin needs and recommend appropriate services
- Educating clients about skincare products and home care routines
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Potentially providing makeup application, body treatments, or other spa services, depending on the employer
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Esthetician or Cosmetology license
- Experience in a spa (at least 1 year)
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience with specific skincare treatments, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion.
- Ability to upsell and promote skincare products and services
- A passion for esthetics and continuous learning
