Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience to every guest
- “Go the extra mile” to drive service, retail sales and future memberships.
- Build trusting, long-term client relationships
- Educate guests on the benefits of massage therapy, skincare, and spa memberships
- Schedule and confirm appointments; keep the daily appointment book balanced
- Maintain front desk organization and assist with inventory procedures
- Communicate clearly with clients and service providers to maximize efficiency
- Maintain the spa clean during downtime and assist with daily laundry for providers
- Assist with simple social media tasks; basic Canva skills are a plus
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours: mornings at 8:30 AM, weekends, and select holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Reliable transportation
- Computer proficiency
- Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
Work Schedule: Varies from Monday–Sunday
Experience: 1 year of sales experience (required)
