Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in person, providing exceptional service and understanding their needs to recommend suitable products or solutions
  • Conduct route driving to visit clients, ensuring timely delivery of products and maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Use strong communication skills to upsell additional products or services that meet customer needs and maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pricing adjustments, and customer interactions for organizational efficiency
  • Support the implementation of pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while achieving sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles in the cannabis industry, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable vehicle
  • Ability to perform route driving efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and schedules
  • Strong math skills for handling pricing, discounts, and inventory management tasks
  • Knowledge of cannabis terpenes, strains and different products that are offered
  • Experience upselling strategies to enhance sales performance
  • Be able and willing to drive long periods and distances
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple client visits, product displays, and documentation effectively
