Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their hair care goals and recommend suitable products based on their needs
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos applications
• Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cashing out with professionalism
• Upsell complementary products and promote new arrivals to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products
• Utilize POS software to track inventory, sales, and customer preferences effectively
• Support social media management efforts by sharing product highlights and engaging with online audiences to boost brand visibility

Requirements

• Prior experience in beauty & cosmetics sales, retail sales, or a related field is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Must demonstrate professionalism, maturity, and initiative.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER (Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to comply with applicable alcohol service policies and regulations.)
• Knowledge of cosmetology, hair and hair care products enhances your ability to serve customers effectively
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency with POS software, systems, and social media platforms
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and retail math abilities to handle stock levels, merchandising, and sales processing efficiently
• Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and courteous cashiering experience
• Ability to work in a slow-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and front desk duties
