We are seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will play a key role in managing office operations, assisting with daily administrative tasks, and supporting our inventory and sales staff.

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and staff.

Duties

  • Greet customers, vendors, and drivers in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize office records, filing systems, and data entry.
  • Support inventory management by updating equipment records, tracking deliveries, and assisting with stock counts.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating service or delivery appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception and office area.
  • Provide administrative support to sales, parts, and service departments.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), Google Workspace applications and basic computer skills.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Excellent computer literacy and data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Experience with office management, calendar management, and personal assistant duties is a plus .
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (office experience preferred).
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Work Location: In person

Salary : $8 - $9
