Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a apartment community. This role includes overseeing unit turns, training staff, managing work orders and vendors, and supporting property operations.
Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise the maintenance team
- Manage make-ready board and unit turns
- Use Yardi, OneSite, or similar software for work orders and P.O.s
- Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets
- Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
- Report directly to the Property Manager
- 1-4 years in apartment maintenance supervision
- EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus)
- Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking
- Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
