Job Duties
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures.
- Perform plumbing, carpentry, and lock repair or replacement as needed.
- Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units to prepare them for new residents.
- Address residential work orders for current property residents efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in renovation projects to enhance property quality.
- Maintain the curb appeal of the community by assisting with grounds maintenance tasks.
- Must have your own tools (required).
- 1-2 years of handyman or apartment maintenance experience.
- Experience in appliance repair, including refrigerators, dishwashers, icemakers, and microwaves.
- Proficiency in handyman tasks, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Strong ability to complete residential work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
