- Knowledge of Fair Housing
- Experience with Yardi or OneSite preferred
- Prior apartment management experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be open to temporary leasing or assistant manager assignments

- Maintain curb appeal of apartment communities
- Pressure washing, leaf blowing, general grounds upkeep
- Prior experience required
- Apartment or residential maintenance experience required
- Appliance repair, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, drywall repairs
- Preparing vacant units for move-ins
- Experience completing unit turns and make-readies
- Appliance installation, plumbing, drywall and electrical repairs
