- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and prospects with a warm, professional attitude
- Manage calls, emails, and front-desk tasks
- Support resident services such as maintenance requests, package handling, and event coordination
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to the property management team
- Keep the lobby and common areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Provide excellent service and help resolve resident inquiries in a timely manner
- Previous concierge or office administration experience required
- Outgoing, approachable personality with strong customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable with technology
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities
