Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Katy/Fulshear TX area.The Registered Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting behavior analysis, and assisting with applying behavior analysis techniques. The role involves working closely with children on the autism spectrum to support their communication, behavioral, and developmental needs. Collaboration with a team of therapists and maintaining accurate records is also required.
Qualifications
- Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Proficiency in Behavioral Intervention and Communication
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to keep detailed and accurate records using applied behavioral terms
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is a plus but not required
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
