This is a hands‑on, multi‑faceted position that blends client interaction, administrative accuracy, and operational follow‑through. On a typical day, you might:
- Process client service requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Prepare meeting materials and update client records in our systems
- Support Advisors with account activity, reporting, and workflows
- Assist with onboarding new clients and accounts
- Coordinate behind‑the‑scenes details that allow Advisors to focus on planning and relationships

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, questions, and follow‑ups
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records, documentation, and workflows
- Assist with client onboarding, including account openings, rollovers, and data entry
- Help ensure a smooth and professional client experience at every touchpoint
Advisor & Operations Support
- Support Advisors with day‑to‑day operational needs such as account activity, reporting, and meeting preparation
- Assist with trading, bill pay, asset allocation support, and financial analyses
- Complete CSA workflows accurately and efficiently within established timelines
- Support firm marketing efforts, including client events and seminars
Office & Team Support
- Answer phones during office hours with professionalism and warmth
- Assist the administrative team and Advisors with general office needs as required
- Contribute to a collaborative, dependable team environment
Professional Development & Growth

Qualifications
- College degree
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Commitment to confidentiality and client service excellence
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam (Preferred)
- Experience in a client service, administrative, or financial services role (Preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM or database systems (Preferred)
Technical Skills
- Comfort using CRM, financial planning, and portfolio management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Ability to learn and adapt to firm workflows and systems
