Essential Personnel is on the lookout for a dedicated and energetic Order Picker to join an established company just southwest of Kearney. We re seeking individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong attention to detail, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Preferred candidates should possess familiarity with a computer, a minimum of 6 months of production related experience and the ability to work at a fast pace.

Requirements for Order Picker:

• Ability to work independently

• Strong attendance record

• High level of motivation and work ethic

• Capable of maintaining a fast work pace

• Keen attention to detail

Responsibilities for Order Picker:

• Prepare and pack orders for shipment

• Organize and maintain inventory

• Perform light cleaning tasks

• Manage product tickets

• Load products efficiently
