Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Sales professional to oversee landscaping projects from initial client consultation through final completion. This role combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with hands-on project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to assess needs and develop project proposals.
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to installation.
- Review project designs, estimates, and scope of work for accuracy.
- Schedule projects upon approval and deposit.
- Coordinate materials, timelines, and crew schedules.
- Supervise and support crew leaders and field teams.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to plans.
- Communicate regularly with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address challenges proactively and ensure customer satisfaction. Perform final walkthroughs with clients upon project completion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or project management preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans/designs. Valid driver’s license.
Schedule:
- Seasonal workload: busier March–November, slower December–February. Work hours may range between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM depending on projects.
