What You’ll Do:

• Assessments: Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations for clients aged 18 and older.
• Collaborative Care: Work with clients to set achievable goals and create personalized treatment plans.
• Therapy Sessions: Provide therapy through various modalities for individuals, groups, and families.
• Track Progress: Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

What You Bring:

• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensure: A current or anticipated Massachusetts license to practice independently.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Job Requirements:

• Caseload: Schedule an average of 24 clients per week.
• Meetings: Attend weekly Zoom staff meetings on Wednesdays at 1pm to foster a cohesive and collegial environment.
• Evening Sessions: Offer at least two sessions each week at 5pm or later.
• In-Person Appointments: Provide in-person appointments in our office at least 3 days per week.
