What are the responsibilities and job description for the PART-TIME MANUFACTURING ASSISTANT position at Essential Herbal Formulas LLC?
Essential Herbal Formulas LLC, a family-owned herbal supplement manufacturer located in Hebron, CT, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
This is a part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week scheduled Monday -Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Flexible scheduling available, typically 2-4 days per week.
No prior manufacturing experience is required—we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities include:
- Washing and preparing bottles for production
- Applying labels to finished products
- Capping and packaging products
- Assisting with shipping and order preparation
- Organizing inventory and supplies
- Maintaining a clean, orderly workspace
- Assisting with general manufacturing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
Compensation:
$20–24 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and reliability.
