What You'll Do
- Service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Identify issues accurately and explain repair options in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment by protecting customers' homes with floor savers, drop cloths, and proper cleanup.
- Complete every job with attention to detail to reduce callbacks and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.

What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues in a professional and respectful manner.
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, lifting up to 80 pounds, and working in various weather conditions.
- Clean background check and drug-free.
- Valid driver's license with a clean 36-month driving record.
- A dependable team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
