Essential Health is seeking a warm, organized, and purpose-driven team member to join our growing wellness office in Sioux Falls.
This position combines patient care coordination, front desk support, administrative organization, and hands-on wellness therapies in a positive, healing-centered environment.

No prior chiropractic experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided, and we will assist the right candidate in obtaining Chiropractic Assistant (CA) certification.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Support front desk operations including scheduling, communication, and patient flow
- Assist with patient documentation, care plans, and office organization
- Help coordinate patient accounts and payment arrangements
- Assist with wellness therapies and supportive procedures including body composition analysis and HydroWave sessions
- Support workshops, events, and patient education initiatives
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Help create a positive, healing, and service-focused office environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service, sales, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning technology and office software
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment
- Passion for chiropractic, natural health, nutrition, or wellness
- Positive attitude with a servant-hearted mindset
