Devops Lead

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in CI/CD, cloud platforms, and automation to join our global technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with AWS, Databricks, Terraform, and migration projects, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in an agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work as part of an Agile Scrum team to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Drive automation initiatives using scripting, IaC, and DevOps best practices.
• Support cloud and data platform operations with AWS, Databricks, and MWAA.
• Participate in design discussions, planning, and implementation of cloud solutions.
• Collaborate closely with client network teams on integration and connectivity requirements.
• Ensure robust security, monitoring, and incident management practices.
• Contribute to cloud migration projects, especially from Azure to AWS.
• Maintain and test DR strategies, including Databricks Warm-Standby.
• Adapt quickly to evolving tasks and technologies, proactively proposing improvements.
• Work effectively in an onshore–offshore model and support global project teams.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a self-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD, Terraform, and scripting.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking and DevOps ecosystem tools.
• Experience in cloud migration (Azure → AWS is a plus).
• Ability to learn quickly and think creatively.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
