You are the person who makes the clinic run well—even when things get busy, messy, or uncomfortable.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing daily clinic operations and team flow
- Leading and supporting front desk clinical assistant team
- Creating structure, organization, and consistency
- Holding team members accountable (with professionalism and clarity)
- Managing schedules, communication, and follow-through
- Maintain accurate KPI tracking and provide consistent weekly reporting to the CEO, ensuring visibility, accountability, and follow-through across the team
- Supporting systems, training, and process improvements
- Ensuring every patient interaction reflects our standard of care
- Tracking and reporting business metrics

Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven experience leading a team (not just participating)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of personal accountability and follow-through
- Tech competent (EHR/CRM systems, Google Drive, Excel, etc.)
Preferred:
- Chiropractic, healthcare, or wellness experience
- Experience with KPIs or performance tracking
- Sales or patient conversion experience
- Interest in health and wellness
Compensation
- $24–$30/hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses tied to clinic growth and KPIs
- (Typically $300–$1,000/month based on performance)
