We are seeking a highly organized and growth-driven individual to join our team in our thriving practice in Red Wing, MN. This role involves overseeing daily patient operations, managing daily schedule of tasks, driving business growth, and ensuring the success of specialized therapies, including, PEMF, SoftWave TRT (Tissue Regeneration Technology) and Class 4 Laser Therapy. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in patient care with a natural desire to do so holistically. Desire to train and work with a team to enhance patient care and growth of our mission to build a healthier community is a must.
Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily patient care operations to ensure smooth workflow and outstanding patient experience
* Have working knowledge with insurance billing and coding
*Promote business growth through marketing, community outreach, and strategic planning
*Train and support staff, fostering a high-performance team culture
*Coordinate and optimize patient scheduling for SoftWave TRT & Class 4 Laser Therapy and PEMF along side corrective chiropractic sessions
*Educate patients on the benefits of specialized therapies to increase engagement
*Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate records
*Oversee inventory and equipment maintenance for therapy devices and office needs
Qualifications:
*Highly organized and attention to detail

*Proven experience in chiropractic, healthcare, or wellness office management
*Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
*Ability to implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients

* Extroverted personality a must!
