Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Handle all front desk duties including checking in and checking out patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs
- Perform data entry tasks such as patient intake, updating records, and managing patient information with accuracy
- Support office management tasks including management of scheduling patients, collecting payments, insurance verification and maintaining accuracy of patient ledgers
- Maintain organized patient files both
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service abilities coupled with professional phone reception skills and phone etiquette
- Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, calendar management, and patient communication is preferred
- Personal assistant or administrative experience that demonstrates time management and organizational prowess
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining a friendly demeanor
