Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our service-focused anesthesia team for a Job Share at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos, TX. Work alongside a seasoned group of 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs at a community hospital that offers a wide scope of care - just under an hour from both Austin and San Antonio.
Position Highlights:
$142,500 W2 for 20.5 Weeks of Service Post-call days Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, OB/GYN Call is 1:9 when working and an average of one 24-hour OB shift per month. OB deliveries average CRNAs cover 5 sites of service daily Manageable rotating in-house call with post-call day off Collaborative team with strong autonomy and mutual support
