We are seeking service-oriented Anesthesiologists to join a collaborative anesthesia team at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. We currently have one full-time and one part-time opportunity available. Essential Anesthesia Management is a clinician-founded, clinician led anesthesia management company focusing on service to our hospitals, surgeons, and most importantly, patients. Over 1100 CRNA and Anesthesiologist providers make up the Essential Anesthesia Team. Position highlights:
- $311,000 1099 with 21 weeks off
- Team of 5.5 Anesthesiologists: 3 on-site daily (1 supervising Main OR, 1 supervising Outpatient OR, and 1 available for CV cases)
- One of the 3 is on primary call, 1 is off post-call, and 1 is on vacation
- All physicians need to be heart capable; CV fellowship not required
- Case mix: General, GI, Cath Lab, ENT, Bariatrics, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, and CV. No OB services
- Rotates between Main OR and attached Outpatient surgery location
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Comfortable with cardiac anesthesia; CV fellowship not required
- Flexibility to pursue additional work during your time off
- Independent 1099 status with long-term stability
