Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our team at Rehoboth McKinley Christian Healthcare Services in Gallup, New Mexico. Essential Anesthesia Management, a partnership between YPS and EmergencHealth, is a clinician-founded, clinician-led anesthesia management company striving to deliver the highest quality anesthesia care to both patients and hospitals alike. Over the past several years, we have experienced significant growth, providing turn-key department management at over 125 facilities in 6 states. Over 1400 CRNA and Anesthesiologist providers make up the Essential Team. Position Highlights:
- $150,000 (1099)
- 13 weeks of service in a job share model (typical rotation: 1 week per month)
- 4-member CRNA-only team; 2 on site daily with shared call
- This position only requires 6 weekends of call coverage per the 13 weeks
- Off-site call with a 30-minute response time
- Case mix: General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, plus limited GYN, Urology, and Podiatry
- No OB services
- Approximately 100 cases per month
- Prior leadership experience or strong interest in a chief role preferred
- Comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting
- Board certified/eligible CRNA
- Providers who value schedule flexibility and teamwork encouraged to apply
