Small, BCBA-owned ABA therapy provider is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for school-based placement near Plainfield. Compensation is commensurate with education and experience. Full benefits are included with the position. RBT certification preferred, but training is available for well-qualified candidates.

Position Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification in good standing, or ability to attain certification within 3 weeks
- Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred
- Experience with high intensity maladaptive behaviors
- Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative setting
- Experience implementing behavior intervention plans
- Work 1:1 with students who have behavioral needs
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Assist in training school staff & model correct implementation of BIPs
- Work collaboratively with staff and BCBA
