Positions are full-time in a clinic or school setting. Compensation is commensurate with education and experience. Full benefits including medical, PTO and paid holidays included with position.

Position Qualifications/Requirements:
- Current RBT certification in good standing, or ability to attain RBT certification within 30 days
- Knowledge of ABA, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred
- Experience with high intensity maladaptive behaviors
- Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative setting
- Experience implementing behavior intervention plans
- Work 1:1 with individuals who have behavioral needs
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Assist in training & model correct implementation of BIPs
- Work collaboratively with staff and BCBA
