We are seeking an experienced OSP/FTTH Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage outside plant fiber construction projects. The supervisor will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee subcontractors and crews to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot construction issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in OSP/FTTH construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing practices.
- Familiarity with aerial and underground construction standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, permits, and utility maps.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
