Education Qualifications
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire
- Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) certification or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) OR MN State Trauma Modules within 1 year from the date of hire. (excluding Superior, Moose Lake, Ada and Sandstone locations)
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire. (excluding Superior, Moose Lake, and Sandstone locations)
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year from the date of hire only required to obtain once.
