PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Our Ideal Candidate: An adaptable, collaborative, team-player, looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care.
- Team Composition: Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support.
- Hospital Information: 140 Beds, Closed ICU
- Patient Load: Includes rotating through – Cross Coverage (130 patients) – Admitting and Tele Hospitalist – 3 nocturnists on per shift
- Procedures: No procedures required.
- Support: Access specialty and 24/7 intensivist support.
- Shift: Nocturnist, 7:00p.m. – 7:00a.m. 1.0 FTE = 24 weeks per year
- Scheduling: 7/7 on & off. Flexible shifts and scheduling options.
- BC/BE Internal Medicine
- BC/BE Family Medicine with a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience, or completion of a Hospitalist Fellowship
- Geography: Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.
- Proximity: 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
- Community: Fargo-Moorhead population over 200,000, offering a high quality of life with affordable living, excellent schools, and diverse recreational opportunities.
- Service Area: Regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals.
- $369,942. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
