Job Description:
This position will primarily support Rehab and Radiology, while also contributing to a system-wide approach to core access initiatives at the organizational level. It will also provide business consultative services for entities requesting assistance. Understands and considers both the business and the technical needs of all customers with the goal of providing a quality process that meets the organizational objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders and users to synthesize, articulate and document business objectives and requirements by applying system and analytical thinking methodology and discipline. Develops detailed project charter and plans, work assignments, target dates, and other aspects of assigned projects. Performs data analysis and defines and documents business requirements and translate to functional specification early in the development cycle, concluding with design synthesis and system validation while considering the complete system. Builds credibility, rapport and partners with others to understand their needs and provides conflict resolution, problem solving, and ability to drive consensus. Work in partnership with stakeholders to develop a solid knowledge base of business needs.Ideal candidates will bring experience with analytics in Epic, Excel, Tableau, Clarity, and SQL, as well as a strong understanding of capacity management, throughput, and supply-and-demand planning. The role requires proficiency in developing both ad hoc and standardized reports, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. In addition, candidates should demonstrate a consultative mindset, providing thoughtful recommendations alongside reporting deliverables to drive informed decision-making.Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a preference in business administration, information systems, or health related field.
