Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various esthetic treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism while providing clients with an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
- Administer advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, and esthetic laser treatment.
- Provide hair services including hair extensions, hair styling, and hair threading as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with industry standards.
- Utilize salon software and management systems like Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction and promote upselling opportunities.
- Manage social media accounts to showcase services, engage with clients, and promote the salon's offerings.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on proper usage for optimal results.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
Skills
- Strong background in cosmetology with knowledge of color theory and various beauty techniques.
- Proficient in customer service with excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Experience with deep tissue massage techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with tattooing practices is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all services provided.
- Knowledge of hospitality principles to create a welcoming environment for clients.
