**Job Type:** Full Time

**Salary Range:** 90,000
**Job Overview:**
As a Registered Nurse at Essence Hospice Care of Arizona, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to our patients during their end-of-life journey. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care and support.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
- Conduct regular assessments and provide hands-on nursing care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
**Requirements:**
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Arizona
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, hospice experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- CPR certification
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
