Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation and assembly of structures, materials, and equipment.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the job site.
- Participate in site clean-up and maintenance tasks as required to maintain a safe working environment.
- Contribute to the success of the project by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled labor position within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
