We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. This position involves traveling to various commercial and residential locations to perform general maintenance and repairs. - Travel to assigned job sites to perform maintenance and repair tasks
- Handle light plumbing, light electrical work, drywall patching, and other minor repairs
- Inspect and diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain work performed and address concerns
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and safety
Qualifications::
- 3 years of experience in maintenance and customer service
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial maintenance experience preferred
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be able to work on-call every 4-6 weeks for one weekend
