Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. This position involves traveling to various commercial and residential locations to perform general maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting a wide range of maintenance issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities::

• Travel to assigned job sites to perform maintenance and repair tasks
• Handle light plumbing, light electrical work, drywall patching, and other minor repairs
• Inspect and diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain work performed and address concerns
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and safety

Requirements:
Qualifications::

• 3 years of experience in maintenance and customer service
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial maintenance experience preferred
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be able to work on-call every 4-6 weeks for one weekend
