We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in OSHPD and Healthcare HCAI environments.
Ideal candidates will have 3-10 years of experience, primarily focusing on tenant improvement (TI) and renovation projects (with limited ground-up work).
Proficiency in P6 Primavera and / or MS Project for scheduling is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Collaborate with the superintendent to prepare and maintain project schedules.
- Understand and administer contracts effectively with owners.
- Proactively mitigate project risks and maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee project financial management, including :
- Project Buy Out and Subcontracts
- Change Orders
- Budget Adjustments
- Owner SOV & Billings
- Monthly Project Status Reports
- Manage and assist the project superintendent.
- Ensure adherence to job site safety protocols.
- Lead all project meetings.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Review all RFI's and submittals.
- Assist with subcontractor insurance compliance.
