We are seeking an experienced General Laborer for ongoing construction work in the Pacific Palisades area. This role is hands-on and requires prior experience with foundation-related tasks, demolition, and site prep. Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in an active construction environment.Responsibilities: Assist with foundation work and site preparation Perform dig-out work for plumbing and underground utilities Remove and reset pavers as needed Conduct demolition work, including concrete and structural removal Remove and re-post fence lines, ensuring proper alignment and stability Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructionsRequirementsPrior experience in general labor / construction, specifically foundation and demo work Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods Experience with hand tools and basic power tools Dependable transportation to job site in Pacific Palisades Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a crewPreferred (Not Required): Experience working around plumbing trenches Familiarity with concrete, rebar, or grading work OSHA 10 certificationBenefitsCompensation & Benefits: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
